About Anne

Hello! My name’s Anne. From New York City to South Korea, I packed my life into two suitcases to go travel Asia and teach English in South Korea.

I am an American living and working in (not Seoul or Busan) South Korea. I also enjoy digital and broadcast media, music, world news, and travel.

You can find me on Instagram to see weekly photos and daily stories of life in Korea: @WheresAnne_Korea | YouTube | Twitter | Pinterest | Subscribe your email

Let’s work together.

Jeonju is the perfect place to enjoy traditional Korean life, and one of my favorite places in Korea. Here are my favorite things to do in Jeonju, another city to visit in Korea besides Seoul or Busan!
I spent the weekend exploring Naju Innocity’s landmark “Bitgaram Observatory” 빛가람 전망대 and did a small hike.
Wolchulsan National Park is one of South Korea’s smallest parks, yet steep. It’s best known for this orange cloud bridge.
Here’s a tour of my modern apartment as an EPIK Teacher in the JLP Program in Jeollanam-do, South Korea.
